Robyn Giaccone, Owner / Founder | Operations
Robyn began doing medical billing in 1993. She has watched the transitions of medical billing resulting from changing insurance policy programs, new billing software, and the increased use of technology for billing and improved diagnostics. She is passionate about helping providers, patients and caregivers smoothly traverse the medical billing landscape. Robyn is proud of Pursue’s commitment to excellence.
Robyn resides in Norwood with her husband. Her husband, their two sons, their wives, and their six grandchildren are her greatest joy. Love of family has been a driving force of family owned and operated Pursue Medical Billing and Consulting (Pursue).
Chris Worthington | Accounts 
With more than 25 years of account management and customer sales experience, Chris is an enthusiastic advocate for providing lasting value to clients/customers. He has overseen the execution of tasks, including but not limited to: internal organization/management; IT resolutions; customer scheduling; sales and issue de-escalation. His proactive initiation of internal and customer/client solutions through essential task management has placed him as a “go to,” valuable asset. He has an identity as a flexible and adaptable team player.
Chris has a natural curiosity, a thirst for learning, and a desire to exhibit empathy and energy personally and professionally. He’s a phone-calling, door-knocking, handshaking (ninja?) pavement pounder, with a love of old-fashioned communication, tipping his hat to his background (and one of his first loves) broadcasting. He is married with three teenage children and lives in the Hudson Valley.

As a former talent scout and recruiter in Manhattan, Stacy understands the importance of aligning requests and expectations with deliverables. Having sharpened her multi-tasking skills with the juggling of schedules for her three children, Stacy offers account support, ensuring tasks can be completed.
Stacy lives in Emerson, NJ with her husband and three children.
- Deb Harrison | Consultant
Proactive and creative, Deb coordinates the successful development and execution of initiatives. She’s held leadership roles at financial services, tech consulting, and medical services organizations, along with thirteen years in education. Deb seeks out ways to best understand all aspects of a client’s objectives and uses this information to make recommendations, nourish ingenuity, and support previously established processes and plans.
From the city streets to the mountain trails, Deb is fascinated by life’s colors, corners, unexpectancies and lessons. She cheers on hope as it keeps bouncing through all of life’s turns. Deb resides in the Hudson Valley with her husband and three teenage children.
